Sober Curious? A Gentle Guide to Tracking Alcohol-Free Days
"Sober curious" just means getting curious about your relationship with alcohol. There is no label you need to take on.
Try a weekly goal
Instead of all-or-nothing, aim for a number of alcohol-free days per week and tick them off.
Notice, don’t judge
Use reflection prompts: How did I sleep? What did I drink instead? When did I want a drink, and why?
Celebrate milestones
7, 30 and 90 days are worth marking — a certificate on the fridge, a nice dinner with the money saved.
If drinking feels out of control, you deserve support: SAMHSA 1-800-662-4357 (free, confidential, 24/7).
Please note: Kind Streak trackers are self-help tools for noticing patterns and celebrating progress. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we make no claims about results. If you use alcohol or other substances heavily every day, talk to a doctor before stopping — withdrawal can be dangerous. Free, confidential help.
