How to Track Vape-Free Days (Free Tracker + Printable)
Tracking does one simple thing: it makes progress visible. Here is a low-pressure way to do it.
1. Pick a start date
Some people choose New Year’s Day; others start tomorrow. Write down why you are doing this — you will read it on tough days.
2. Tick each vape-free day
Use the free online tracker or a printed 30-day sheet. A missed day is not a reset of everything you learned; leave it blank and continue.
3. Log cravings, not just days
Note the time, the trigger (coffee, driving, stress) and what you did. Patterns show up within a week or two, and you can plan "if-then" responses.
4. Count the money
Use the money-saved calculator.
5. Get real support
Free coaching is available at 1-800-QUIT-NOW and smokefree.gov (texts, apps, quit plans). Ask a doctor or pharmacist about options too.
